The villa is close to shops, cafes and restaurants.

From the parking level there are about 15 steps to reach the garden.

Please note all the units share the large patio upstairs. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are located upstairs therefore the property is not suitable to guests with walking difficulties.

Shared swimming pool: 10m x 5m.

Nearest shops in Massimo Visconti 100m, including a restaurant which will deliver to the apartments. Supermarket in Gignese, 1km.

Entrance, large bathroom with shower, living room, four steps lead to a double bedroom, twin bedroom in the mansard, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher).
Please note that the rooms are all on different levels: between living room and double bedroom 4 steps, between living room and kitchen another 4 steps, between the double and the twin bedroom 8 steps.
