"The staff was so welcoming and so helpful. The room was clean and well equipped with small kitchen.
The reception is maned full time which made u feel safe and able to ask questions. The Sojourn was walking distance to the main city so no need to use transport and if wanted to you catch a bus. Thank you to all the staff."
"The location is perfect. You can walk to any of the touristic attractions and to restaurants. The rooms are correct and what you would expect. There is a small kitchen well-equipped, the bed is comfortable and the shower is good.
The thing that bothered us was the heat! Rooms had a central heating system that could not be turned of and there is no air-conditioning...
Parking is available but I thought it was a little expensive (25 dollars per day)."
"Ao chegarmos ao andar do nosso quarto, o cheiro de gordura era insuportável. Voltamos na recepção e trocaram o nosso quarto para um no mesmo andar mais longe da saída do exaustor da cozinha, mas o cheiro ainda era insuportável. O quarto era VELHO e o banheiro também é VELHO e com aspecto de sujo. O restaurante não aceitava mais reserva, apesar de termos acabado de chegar e de ser 14:00!!
Realmente uma DECEPÇÃO!! "
"The concierge was super friendly and soo helpful giving advice on restaurants, attending to a slight issue with our aircon which was resolved immediately!
It is the perfect location for walking around Wellington and a very reasonable price.
We had a deluxe two bedroom apartment which was perfect for our needs. I would definitely stay there again !!"
"Wow what a great stay! Really great Communication from day 1. Clear instructions for parking and accessing keys. The room itself was exactly what we needed, it was clean, tidy and modern and nice! "Initially we had done problems. Water temperature in room was terrible. Some staff in bar not friendly/helpful. However - when speaking to concierge he immediately rectified the issues. Changed our room and treated us well. His customer service made a big difference. French waitress at Hippo restaurant was a delight. Overall very good and will stay again. "
"Loved our stay at U Boutique Hotel. It had everything we needed, was spacious, comfy and luxurious but at an affordable price. The balcony with the spa was such an awesome addition to be able to have that peace and relaxation. Staff were responsive and efficient. Thanks so much! "

"For some reason we did not know that there was a Naumi Studio and also a Naumi Hotel. We booked the studio and the room was really small even though the place as a whole is quite an experience. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and even if service has room for improvement the food was fabulous. Breakfast is also a must. The location of the hotel is very good and I would recommend the place bearing in mind the size of the room in the Studio."
