"Great hotel, comfortable and clean with excelkent service. As a solo traveller I did not feel as safe in the area in the evening as I did elsewhere in NZ, but that is out of the hotels control. I would highly recommend the hotel."
"One of the best hostels I've ever stayed in! The bathrooms are so cute, with blue tiles on the walls and copper pipes that make it look antique. Lots of privacy with curtains at your own bed, your own reading light and outlets.
The hostel workers are fantastic. They host daily activities or meals. The night I stayed they made a full dinner for everyone.
I would absolutely come back to this hostel"

"The location is perfect. You can walk to any of the touristic attractions and to restaurants. The rooms are correct and what you would expect. There is a small kitchen well-equipped, the bed is comfortable and the shower is good.
The thing that bothered us was the heat! Rooms had a central heating system that could not be turned of and there is no air-conditioning...
Parking is available but I thought it was a little expensive (25 dollars per day)."
"What a great space for a soft landing in Wellington. I travel continuously for the last ten years and I can say without a doubt the front desk staff is among the most accommodating , professional, helpful staff I have experienced. When the washing machine in my room didn’t work, they offered a change of rooms and to move my luggage and everything. The rooms are nice and roomy, bedding clean and comfortable. The only downside is the sofa in the living area it has certainly seen better days. ...

"We had a fantastic weekend at Doubletree by Hilton celebrating a special anniversary. They went out of their way to ensure our stay was memorable by providing an upgrade, a personalised card, complimentary ‘treat’ snacks, a charming arrangement of ‘swan’ towels and petals, and a late checkout. (Even the standard checkout time is great.) The room was fabulous - spacious and tastefully decorated - and we loved the bathroom, too, including the wonderful Crabtree and Evelyn products. "For some reason we did not know that there was a Naumi Studio and also a Naumi Hotel. We booked the studio and the room was really small even though the place as a whole is quite an experience. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and even if service has room for improvement the food was fabulous. Breakfast is also a must. The location of the hotel is very good and I would recommend the place bearing in mind the size of the room in the Studio."
