"Jenny,Chris, and their son were super friendly and communicative. I really enjoyed my stay. Jenny allowed me to check in early and add an extra night. The boat was spacious and comfortable for two people. The only critic is the boat could use some detailing (this is coming from my boat detailing Boyfriend). The boat was clean but with a good detailing it can be perfect thanks Jenny and Chris. "

"My extended family ranging from teens to grandparents stayed for a family reunion weekend and really enjoyed the spaciousness of this beautiful home. The dock and water front amenities were key to our enjoyment. The water was great for swimming, floating, boating, fishing/crabbing and exploring. "Simple, serene, absolutely wonderful. The house boat is absolutely what you sign up for and more and then the touches that the host does - the snacks, the chalkboard and THE FISH-LIGHT! She goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable and happy - she makes she you get all your time while making you feel completely supported. 10/10. We will be back. "

The check in process was seamless and communication with the host was always timely. They thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable and everything was within arms reach. "I had a great stay. The proximity to the beach is fantastic and I love that the beach is only accessible by people renting or living in the neighborhood. I was looking for a quiet getaway and I got just that. The bed was great as was the AC. Communication with owners was fantastic. I will be going back. On a personal note, the house could use some curb appeal. "

"Tivemos problemas já na chegada: nos deram um quarto para deficientes, apesar de não ser essa a reserva, obrigando a trocar de quarto. No outro o telefone não funcionava e não vier consertar apesar de solicitado. Pedimos 4 travesseiros e nos deram apenas dois alegando que não havia mais no hotel! Incrível. No quarto o blackout é ruim e deixa muito a desejar. O pior, foi valett, onde a espera nossa de todos os demais hóspedes foi de mais de uma hora, sem exagero. Tudo isso não condiz com uma diária de $488. Não é 5 estrelas!"

"Rooms look dated and small, with a mirror that feels a bit creepy (seems like those one sided mirrors). Bathroom is ok. Price is a bit high for what it serves when you compare it to other hotels - since it was only for one night, is ok, but I would not recommend for longer stays."
