"Loved the location, such an amazing place in the most convenient area right across from the beach. I could not of been happier with my stay in this little guest house. Everyone in the area was friendly and helpful as well, I have to note that I appreciated the cleanliness of the linen and the amount given it made a huge difference. The guesthouse is 3 min walk from the main road, The Split is less than 10 min walk I felt no need to rent a golf cart staying in this location. "

"Area was beautiful check in was super easy, room was clean and a/c worked great. Beds were comfortable. Communication with owners was fast. Close enough to everything but far enough away so it was quite at night to sleep. Staff was very social and remembered our names every time we came in or out. Salty’s across the way was nice if you wanted a late snack or drinks before heading home. We stayed 8 nights in March of 2025"

"We loved staying here in spacious cabana in quiet neighborhood near restaurants and shops. We had everything we needed here and appreciated having a peaceful cool oasis we could return to after a day of activities. Whenever we needed anything Ben was quick to respond and help. We’ll always remember this one of a kind home away from home."

"This property was the most well equipped VRBO we have ever stayed in. Details were exactly as stated and property condition was fantastic. Velento Rentals were very communicative and offered support to setup transport to/from water taxi and had recommendations re:local tour operators. They even did a complimentary housekeeping part way through our stay. Recommend this property to everyone! Loved the laid back atmosphere of Caye Caulker and riding bikes around the island!"

"Our stay at Ashton Court over Spring Break was wonderful. We rented a three bedroom condominium that faced the water. Had a balcony with beautiful views, condo was updated and very nice. Nice pool and bar that we used on the days we weren't at the beach or on the water. The staff was excellent, always available, made all our dinner reservations, security guard onsite all night and the owner, Ken, was there the entire week we were. "VERY disappointing; admittedly booked on a budget, but we were expecting a decent location. Provided pics are sooo deceiving...Not much cooking possibility with the provided cookware. Bed mattress and/or box spring should have been updated YEARS ago! Kitchen furniture falling apart, with not much organization for doing the dishes. Although you had mentioned no bike avail, they were there, but if you can't fix and maintain the bikes, just get rid of them (ended up renting for 2 days)! We've had...

"We enjoyed staying on the quieter part of the island, while still being able to easily walk and bike to shops and restaurants, etc. The pool was lovely and refreshing. We regularly ate at the restaurant next door, as it was delicious, had lots of options and very convenient. Yoga was also right nextdoor. Bikes were easy and cheap to rent for a day. "We were oceanfront. The property is amazing and well cared for. The staff couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. We ate out but the kitchen has plenty of stuff if you want to cook. Recommend renting a golf car from the property, the island is small but it was really nice to ride around. We will be coming back for a longer stay."

"O hotel é na beira da praia, apesar da aparência de antigo, o quarto que ficamos (o primeiro à direita, de frente pro mar) era bem confortável, bem equipado, cama e travesseiros bons. Valeu pelo preço acessível em comparação aos demais. Super perto de todo o comércio e da vida da pequena ilha, e do píer de onde chegam/saem os barcos. Tivemos apenas um problema, deixei meu boné na recepção assim que chegamos (16h), e de manhã quando me dei conta e fui lá pegar, ninguém tinha visto, falaram que não encontraram. "
