"Throne was nice. Very clean. However, the service to get the room cleaned was not the best. I was staying there for 8 days. I only got room service once and that was also when I had to constantly ask for somebody to come up here and do it. That was not the best thing to happen and it was a little unprofessional

"Novotel Thakhir is clean suitable for stay, however, the transportation system needs significant improvement. Getting into the bus from Ghaza bus station is a nightmare and most of the time the bus is filled with people who are not the guest of Novotel and as a customer we cannot do the police job of sorting out people! I hope there will be a trail for walk to Haram so that guests can just walk down the hill! The distance is not that FAR! "
