"Everything was very nice and well taken care of. It was a little confusing to me which areas belonged to the private owners, which areas were shared with other guests, and which were private. But everything we wanted was readily available. I loved the massage chair. And the deck/sauna/hot tub were excellent!"

"Huge multilevel home with lots of spaces for our big family. The kitchen is large and well-appointed, with multiple small appliances and cooking utensils. We had a blast playing games on the huge grassy area and the kids loved the swing set. Lots of parking. Very private feeling--surrounded by nature. Easy communication with the host. We had a most enjoyable trip, we would definitely come here again!"

"The house and Lake Goodwin were exceptional and the entire family had a great time. The kids enjoyed being out on the lake until almost 10pm nightly to make the most of the long summer days. The home was close to Smokey Point and stores. Easily one of our best family vacations - would absolutely stay here again!"

"The house was on a quiet street within easy access of local beaches and towns. The kitchen was fully stocked as promise, the rooms well laid out, and the check-in smooth. More importantly, the owner was very gracious when he realized, and gently let me know that I had only reserved one night when I thought that I had reserved two nights. We scrambled back to the house and were very relieved to see that the owner and the cleaning staff had things well under control and couldn’t have been more...

"Zi was a lovely hostess. She accommodated an early check in for us and communicated often and well. The house/condo was extremely clean, nicely decorated and roomy for 6 adults. Having the living room downstairs with the kitchen and dining room was great for when part of our party was ready for bed and part was not. The bedrooms are a nice size. Loved the shower! "The total seclusion and noiseless retreat were just what was needed, and “the Owl” delivered exactly that! Fully furnished with a water view and beautiful hardwood used throughout the interior made this like a movie set. Bed was just right, and the upstairs offered a sweeping view. So well kept a way too many amenities to list. Four minute walk to the beach and huge park. This place is simply a nice slice of Heaven!!"

"A estadia esteve ótima. Quando cheguei até daria 5 estrelas, mas ao tentar conectar o WiFi foi a primeira decepção. Para ter uma conexões razoável teria que pagar, a gratuita era lenta e limitada. Quanto ao conforto, o colchão precisa ser substituído, esta deformado e tinha apenas 1 travesseiro por pessoas, poderiam colocar pelo menos mais um por pessoa. Quanto a limpeza, o check-in foi no domingo e foram limpar o quarto apenas na quinta feira, 1 dia antes do check out. Ficamos com as toalhas molhadas o tempo todo. Precisei ir na recepção pedir mais papel higiênico e sabonete. No restante, foi tudo otimo, bem localizado, quando chegamos o quarto estava limpo e cheiroso e depois da limpeza estava nas mesmas condições. "
