Kitchen very useful as we brought leftovers and were able to heat them up in room and didn't need to go out to restaurant. Very comfortable mattress. All in all an excellent stay."

Upon arrival, I encountered disappointing service at the check-in counter. The staff seemed disorganized and unresponsive, which was quite frustrating after a long journey. Furthermore, the location of my room was dreadful. It was situated in a noisy area where the incessant traffic outside and the internal noise...
