"Rooms were spacious and clean. I arrived well after the check in time listed on Expedia but staff was able to assist me with the self check in process (which was a little confusing). There’s always something going on at this place-and everyone is incredibly friendly. Mark the bartender is fantastic and remembered my name and my drink every time he saw me. We stayed for a dance competition at the World Congress Center and found this hotel in comfortable walking distance and very reasonably...

"Super noisy room!!!! So much noise you can't sleep well. And terrible staff and customer service. So rude and unfriendly, treating and thinking we are stupid. We were in a super noisy room. I called them, told them and asked for help. They said we have to go downstairs to the front desk. Once we went down and talked to them at the lobby/front desk/lobby, they said we should resolve this by phone. But after a while, they told they would send the security over to see where the noise came from...
