"Super noisy room!!!! So much noise you can't sleep well. And terrible staff and customer service. So rude and unfriendly, treating and thinking we are stupid. We were in a super noisy room. I called them, told them and asked for help. They said we have to go downstairs to the front desk. Once we went down and talked to them at the lobby/front desk/lobby, they said we should resolve this by phone. But after a while, they told they would send the security over to see where the noise came from...
