"Clean, spacious rooms to sleep, in quiet neighborhood. Did not like going up front door steps (no handrail) but found parking in back and would enter and leave that way. "First, I want to state that it is a beautiful place. It has a beautiful view of the water, and yes, you're right on the water with a dock. There was plenty of seating both inside and outside. Anytime there was an issue, the host, Mark, replied immediately. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable beds. Couple of things that weren't that great were that the floors were pretty dirty. "We had a very enjoyable stay at Builditplace! The LEGO-themed design is very unique, creative, and especially fun for families with children. The neighborhood also felt safe, quiet, and peaceful. We really appreciated the host’s local restaurant recommendations. Uncle Tito’s and Sunrise Social were both excellent choices and made our stay even more enjoyable. "Beautiful house, clean, and family friendly. We loved the split floor plan! Great communication with the hosts! Was looking forward to using the fire pit but weather did not permit that! We loved the available games in the house and the electric fireplace. Quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the lake and playground. The only negative I could mention is the beds are very firm. I didn’t mind it but a few people in my family were not fans."
