"I gave it 4 stars because the main road runs between you and the beach. If you are not used to traffic noise like I am, traffic starts moving pretty early in the morning."

"The floors could be replaced. Other than that the place is totally awesome"

"We enjoyed our stay at Riverside Resort."

"the Property is in good location, clean, bed are comfortable, and Julio is good. Its our second time staying in place and we will sure come back."

"We enjoyed the close proximity to the boardwalk and beach. The room was lovely and we made use of the balcony to enjoy the view and fresh air"

"A great place to stay. Wish I stayed more than one night. Will definitely come back again, clean, spacious, great customer service, owner was amazing, quiet and close to home everything. Thank you!!"

"Lovely room, great view, amazing value. Comfortable bed. Everything was very clean. I'd definitely stay here again on a return visit to Parksville. A couple minor complaints - the tissue box mounted next to the toilet gets in the way. The street noise can be a bit loud in the morning."

"Very cozy hotel, in a good area full of activities nearby, As whale watching navigation, fishing tours, nature etc. It needs some refurbishment but the general aspect is very nice."

"Right on the ocean….nuff said. Fall asleep listening to the waves."

"O que quarto com espaço , uma cama boa e uma dura maravilhosa."

"Breakfast was really nice, with lots of options. The hot tub was nice and warm. The pool was freezing. Found the room to be small & fairly dark. The requested room cleaning happened much later in the day than I would have liked. The hotel charges extra for late check outs. Overall it was okay, but decent for a low budget option that saves money on meals out."

"Excellent sunrise and view. Mirror in room would have helped us to free the bathroom sooner as the bathroom was sharing."

"Every time I am in Parksville, I enjoy staying here , considered best value of money"

"Very nice place. No complaints"

"Everything was as expected. Beautiful view, clean room, nice deck out back. Bring essentials, shampoo/conditioner. if cooking, maybe ask what is provided in the room before hand. Over all comfortable stay. Would book again and bring what I need."
