On the 1st floor, this small bright studio of 17m2 has a fully equipped kitchen (2-burner ceramic hob, hood, microwave/grill oven, coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator) and a living room (TV, Wifi) with a 140x190 bed, 1 wardrobe, 1 dining area and 1 bathroom (shower, washbasin), separate toilet. You will have free access to the common garden of this small collective (4 apartments) with picnic table and garden furniture.

The apartment "Le Kénav" is located in the city center, 300 meters from the coastal paths and the Port of Sainte-Catherine. From the accommodation, you can do everything on foot, the shops are in direct proximity!

10 minutes from Lorient by boat bus. 30 minutes drive from Auray. 45 minutes drive from Vannes.

Please note:
The bed is made on your arrival, no need to bring sheets and pillowcases. Linen provided (1 bath towel + 1 towel + 1 washcloth per person). Dish towels (2) are also provided.

- The apartment does not have a washing machine. The laundromat is 800m away in the Intermarché parking lot.
- During the winter period, heating to a maximum of 20°
- No parties or parties in the accommodation.
- Our animal friends are not allowed.
- We do not have baby equipment, please take everything necessary for the comfort of your child.
- Non-smoking accommodation, guests can smoke outside in the garden.
