By far the worst accommodation we have stayed in.
We stayed in the pistachio suite, where the AC was not working, the plug socket in the bathroom did not work, there was a terrible smell in the room which they staff tried to mask with a diffuser. We felt sick from the smell and chose to air out our room by leaving the windows and door open, which led to flies coming into the room. There was only one iron available in the entire complex, which meant that it would constantly be removed by staff the following day and we would have to constantly request it back. Not to mention, there was no iron board available and so we were left with no choice but to iron on the bed. Our bedsheets were never changed once, and when we complained they said it needed to be requested, and then lied and said they changed it.
We noticed by the third day the shower was not draining. We complained in the evening, and only 24 hours later did they choose to “resolve it”, or so we thought. The next day, we were told to test the shower, which led to the entire bathroom and even bedroom to flooding.
Whilst we were relocated to another room, the staff from this point made us very uncomfortable, constantly sitting outside of our rooms in the courtyard.
We were declined late checkout as they said they had guest checking in early. We were forced to sit in the courtyard for hours, where we saw guest finally check in to our room at 4:30pm. Once again, we were lied to.
Do not recommend! Far from 5*!
