"Pros: fantastic location,, outdoor seating, quiet, convenient, beach towel and tag access, easy check in and out, full size fridge and kitchenette. Cons: room was very humid and we opened the windows to see if that would help but screens had huge holes. None of our beach stuff would dry because of this. Fridge was not very cold but did the job. No coffee mugs for coffee maker. Bottom line: overall a nice place and would stay again if some of the issues were fixed."

"The location of this property is fantastic. We explored the nature refuge, historic Smithville, and Atlantic City. The drives to each were easy and within 25 minutes. Before checking out we walked the well maintained trails along the lake. The only issue was the bugs. (Expected during the summer - check for ticks.)The rental was clean and comfortable.
