How to find main entrance of the House (unit 5)?
This house - unit 5 is located behind the front house.
When facing the first house from the main street, walk along the left side of the house. After you pass the staircase, continue to the end of the path where you will see the house - unit 5.



Parking:
Your designated parking spot is on the driveway, located on the left side of the front house, directly in front of the fence of this house (unit 5).

Heating and Cooling Instructions:

The house is equipped with mini-split heating and cooling systems in each room, except the bathrooms.
There are white remote controls mounted on the wall in each room to adjust the heating and cooling for the mini-split systems.

The electric baseboard heating has been turned off, so please do not use the wall thermostats. These thermostats are not functional, as the unit is fully operated by the mini-split systems.
Additionally, please do not access or adjust the electrical panel. Any switches that are turned off must remain off.

1. No parties please.
We love hosting respectful guests, and to maintain a peaceful experience for everyone, we have a strict no parties or event policy.
Please note that any unauthorized gatherings or parties will be subject to $500 fine and immediately reservation cancellation, and will not go unnoticed.

2. No smoking and no drug use is permitted on the property, will result in $500 fine.

Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas where an ashtray is provided. Please use the ashtray and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

3. No unauthorized guests.

4. No pets sorry! Will result in 200$ extra charge!

5. Please note:
Age Requirement: Primary guests must be 25 years or older.


- Local residents are not eligible for instant book and host have a right to cancel reservation to prevent possible parties, if you are local - please send direct message prior to booking.


- Please respect check-out time.
If guests are late from 30 min to 1 hr - 50 dollars fee will be charged.
1 hr to 2 hrs - half of the daily basis rate will be charged.
2 hrs + full daily basis rate will be charged with no right of possession of the property or occupying it for another night.

- All primary guests should have valid phone number for communication.

- Undeclared guests, exceeding max occupancy limit are subject for daily fee 50 dollars per day per extra person and subject to removal from the property if not discussed with owner prior check-in

- If guest have any complaint about the property amenity or something isn`t working properly, guest must provide access to owner or owner`s contractor in order for the
owner to fix the problem.

- Extensive cleaning beyond normal cleaning will be charged additionally - 100 dollars

- Please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 9 pm till 8 am.

- Please report any damages or issues immediately so we can address them promptly.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges or termination of your stay without a refund.
