"I have stayed here before and it was great and I decided to stay here again. Your pool was almost set at hyperthermal temperatures. I know that you are able to regulate that temperature of the water. People were trying to use it and there were children! Your morning breakfast is a joke. It starts at 6:30 and ends at 9:30! Things are peeling and cracked and missing knobs, attachments, shampoo bottles should’ve been attached to the wall, but it had fallen off and still hit the attachments on them and were in the tub.
