Set within a secure residential complex featuring a swimming pool, it boasts an exceptional location right on the lagoon front. This is the perfect address for your family or friends getaway, offering a comfortable space that accommodates up to 6 guests On the main level, you'll find a welcoming living area illuminated by natural light, featuring a fully equipped open kitchen, a smart TV, and a cozy lounge with a sofa bed equipped with a Queen Size mattress designed for daily use. The highlight? The large private terrace your preferred spot to admire the superb water view and the unforgettable sunsets that unfold every evening.

For sleeping arrangements, privacy is key. The main bedroom offers a Queen Size bed, ample storage, a safe, and its own en suite bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, the second bedroom is highly versatile: it can be set up as two single beds or one large double, and it also benefits from its own private bathroom and toilet. A supplementary guest toilet is located near the entrance for maximum convenience.

For a stress free stay, the apartment is fully air conditioned, connected with fiber optic Wi Fi, includes a private parking space, and crucially for island life features a valuable water cistern backup in case of local service interruptions.

The location is a major asset: it's peaceful yet conveniently close to both Marigot and the Dutch side. The restaurants of Marina Royale, the boutiques, the Monoprix, and the local market are all just a short walk away. Just in front of the residence, the lagoon offers a sublime and tranquil backdrop, although please note it is not suitable for swimming.

Island life has its share of disadvantages: there can be power cuts, internet and water cuts, from a few minutes to a few hours.

We will not grant any discount or refund because of these issues beyond our control and the accommodation.

The lagoon is not swimmable. IIsland life has its share of drawbacks: there can be power outages, internet outages (short or slow), and water cuts. The duration of these disruptions can vary depending on the situation. However, a supply of chlorinated water is available to troubleshoot (to flush the toilet, rinse) the island of Saint Martin has been constantly evolving since Hurricane Irma, so there may be new construction and renovations. It's also a festive island where music can be heard carried on the wind. We are on a tropical island where insects are common, and even though we regularly treat our accommodations, the climate and the presence of food or garbage undoubtedly attract them.
