Golden Sun is all about the view and the location.





This 2nd floor unit is a duplex that features a separated bedroom (King size bed) with en-suite bathroom and a 2nd large bedroom on the loft room with Queen size bed and a sofa bed. The loft also has its own bathroom with shower and toilet.





The fully equipped kitchen is open on the living room with a large dining table and sofa to relax in a tropical atmosphere.





The apartment is also equipped with washing machine, TV, WiFi and cistern.





The terrace offers a beautiful view on one of the best beach of the Caribbean, Orient Beach!





Direct access to the beach through the common pool of the complex, few steps from the restaurants, the bakery, the grocery store... The perfect spot for your next vacation!

Perfect spot

My husband and I stayed at the Golden Sun. It was situated right in the best spot on Orient Bay close to shops and all the restaurants. The accommodation were perfect, Alexandre was very helpful and always replied in a timely manner. The gift basket of snacks is also a great offering! We will definitely be back.

Great Clean Comfortable Location on Budget

Very Clean. Great Air conditioning. Three Lage beds plus both indoor and outdoor sofas to relax and sleep on. Only issue was wifi and TV. Never got the TV working-and we didn't try all that hard...wanted to get to the pool and the beach... TV was large and turned on, but wasn't easy to connect to cable or wifi. Wifi password in the condo instruction book wasn't accurate. We resolved the problem the next day though. Was able to press buttons on the router to get the actual 16 alpha numeric password associated with the router. In July, it was buggy with biting insects, so bring bug spray. Close to the beach and really close to the pool. Pool is large and nice. Whole property is kept up with well. Well stocked- kitchen items, towels, beach chairs, on property. Orient Beach was very short walk and great restaurants nearby. Very short walk. Beautiful beach, many happy people, lounge chairs to rent, and places to rent kayaks and other water activity equipment. We are very glad we stayed here instead of renting a hotel room in Simpsons Bay or Grand Case. Stay here and rent a car to see the whole island. Much better value. You can see the ocean, but if your hope is direct 180 degree views of the water, you have to look elsewhere and pay a lot more.and probable have to walk further to the beach. Alexandre, the host's representative was very helpful. We would stay here again. Thanks for treating us well!

Beautiful Orient Bay

Beautiful property and great location right in the middle of the bay. Easy walk to all beach amenities and to to dining in the village!

Always perfect!

We are frequent visitors to St. Martin and often stay at this property, which is one of our absolute favorites at Orient Beach. It is clean, comfortable, spacious and is perfect access to the beach and surrounding village restaurants, shops, etc. We will always look to book this property when traveling to St. Martin!

Wonderful vacation spot

The apartment is wonderful! The upstairs loft was a great place for my son to have privacy. The location is perfect with beach and restaurants and shops all within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent location

We stayed here over Christmas. Absolutely perfect location! Very nice and clean place. Could not have been a better fit for our family (mom & dad & 2 daughters). The girls took the upstairs, giving both them and us some privacy. Had coffee each morning on the porch looking at the ocean. Highly recommended!!!

Wonderful Apartment with Great Location

Golden Sun is a very nice place to stay in Orient. It had everything we needed with a great location. A few minutes to the beach, a grocery store and the village square. The apartment had a nice view from the balcony and was very clean. Christine communicated very well with us and was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Golden Sun.
