"Check in was a nightmare. Parking garage has a short in the keypad. You pay for parking and have to be routed through multiple building to reach your actual apartment. There are zero signs in the parking area to navigate the property and no one but an 800# to ask for help. We paid for non refundable room and still left early! No price on peace of mind. No toddler friendly bars out the front door."

"This place is very convenient for concerts or a ball game at Paycor or Great American ball park. However only 2 of the elevators works. My friend told me that they have been out of commission for the last 4yrs. That’s why they chose not to stay there anymore. It takes anywhere from20 to 30mins for and elevator.
