"Check-in was smooth and professional. The room was clean and the cleaning staff did an excellent job cleaning the room every day. However, the air conditioner system was quite a bit louder than expected. The hotel had a pool, but was smaller than the pictures made it look, was surprisingly quite cold, and there was no hot tub (note that hotel does not advertise having a hot tub). "I really don’t know why this hotel has so many positive reviews.Its greater advantage is the location - in a walking distance to Aquarium - and the hotel seems to be new. But that’s all.
The hotel is overpriced for what it offers; there is no safe box in the rooms, very poor breakfast, no daily cleaning, no room service, and has a paid self parking lot with no security.

"One of the worst check in processes I have every been apart of with Marriott. Arrived slightly before 3 pm check in. Rooms were not ready for our party and several more. (20+). We waited over 1 hour before our first room was ready and then another 1 1/2 before second room was ready. The front desk personal prior to 3 pm were not efficient and basically wanted to pass the buck to the next shift reporting at 3. No communication, no service, basically rooms aren't ready come back in 30 minutes...
