"It seems clear from the review of other guests that Village 1 does not meet expectations and it was no different for us. Unfortunately I had not read those reviews before booking.
We paid for a place with a view which was in a mountain location and isolated location and we got a very old historic house right next to the city centre.
The check-in was already confusing, the address on the reservation is a house and there someone received us saying that it is not there, and then they sent it to...

"Great stay here on a skiing trip. The inn is in a very convenient location that is very close to both belleayre and plattekill. Tanya took great care of us during our trip. The freshly made breakfast every morning was wonderful."

"Spent the weekend by myself to enjoy some skiing ag Hunter Mountain and this was the perfect place to stay. Since I booked the accommodations Chuck, the innkeeper, has been in touch via email, arranged my late check in and everything was as planned. The inn is very cozy and comfortable. Breakfast is another conversation as Chuck himself bake muffins and prepares the best bacon ever. I will definitely come back."

"The inn was everything that was advertised. The bed was comfortable. Considerate details included the coffee machine, seltzer waters and popcorn. I liked the locally made soap products in the bathroom. The bar had a cozy pub vibe and a great meal. Highly recommended!"
