"We needed a one night stay in Marco Island during an extremely busy tourist time and this was one of only a few places available on the island at a fair cost. The owner and checkin process were great! The location is not prime but for us it was fine. The unit was clean but parts of the interior are quite worn. It is only steps away from the very popular Snook Inn and it has a nice pool in the complex. Overall if I needed a short stay again, I would recommend it!"

"We have passed by Marco Island on previous vacations, usually on the way somewhere else. This time we decided to stay a few days, and pleased we did. The island is lovely, even though it has very limited access to public beaches. This modern and comfortable end unit is exactly as described. "This unit provided all items needed for a great day at the beach - plenty of beach towels, beach cart, umbrella, sand toys, and four chairs. Super convenient especially when flying in. Just a heads up for families with children - the condo complex does close the pool half hour after sunset. My kids like to swim later evenings after supper but we’re not able to here."
