sunny terrace, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (with one ensuite), a separate guests toilet, a

spacious modern and cosy living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a parking place in the

underground garage.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, hot air oven and

microwave, large fridge with freezer, glass-ceramic cooktop, coffee machine, kettle, toaster

and fruit press.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the Summer and hot air heating in the

winter. All (sliding) doors and windows are fitted with electric blinds.

Urbanisation

The apartment is located in the Marbella hills.

The urbanisation is kids friendly with a gated swimming pool and a separate toddler's pool, a
