"All the staff were so friendly, amazing and so helpful. Breakfast every day was lovely and fresh. We stayed in the old rooms which do need a bit of work to update them but I can see they were working on some of them. Overall a great holiday due to the fab staff. Would recommend "

Segundo ele, não havia reserva nem no meu nome, nem no número de confirmação que eu apresentei. Não teve conversa. Esperamos até às 5 horas da madrugada e tivemos de procurar um local pra dormirmos um pouco, até podermos procurar um hotel decente pela manhã. Estava escuro e não havia sequer táxi no local. Front desk staff helped in arranging a driver to visit monkey park, crocodile pools, city tour, and car to airport. Would love to go back. Only nit I have is provided toiletries were skimpy"
