"Com reserva confirmada, cheguei ao hotel de madrugada com minha filha. Esperando mais de meia hora pro recepcionista aparecer. Quando chegou, estava com cara de sono. Segundo ele, não havia reserva nem no meu nome, nem no número de confirmação que eu apresentei. Não teve conversa. Esperamos até às 5 horas da madrugada e tivemos de procurar um local pra dormirmos um pouco, até podermos procurar um hotel decente pela manhã. Estava escuro e não havia sequer táxi no local. Have stayed 2 years in a row and will return. The rooms are large and accommodating with private balcony overlooking the gorgeous pool and striking green scenery. I found nothing I wanted or needed that wasn’t there. Outstanding!"
