"Com reserva confirmada, cheguei ao hotel de madrugada com minha filha. Esperando mais de meia hora pro recepcionista aparecer. Quando chegou, estava com cara de sono. Segundo ele, não havia reserva nem no meu nome, nem no número de confirmação que eu apresentei. Não teve conversa. Esperamos até às 5 horas da madrugada e tivemos de procurar um local pra dormirmos um pouco, até podermos procurar um hotel decente pela manhã. Estava escuro e não havia sequer táxi no local. "A Gem; construction at Kalimba so they rebooked us at the adjacent Kamara resort. Great property: aircon nice and cold, good breakfast offering, tasty food at restaurant. Front desk staff helped in arranging a driver to visit monkey park, crocodile pools, city tour, and car to airport. Would love to go back. Only nit I have is provided toiletries were skimpy"
