"It was a well-spent time at the hotel, because the rooms were clean everywhere, both in the hotel area and the SPA area. Breakfast was simply royal; I had never seen that you could snack on ice cream at breakfast. I would suggest putting up more signs to make it easier to navigate the maze of rooms—from the changing rooms to the showers and to the SPA area, where the pools and saunas are. This is especially important for people who see badly without glasses."

"Ótima Localização! Café da manhã excelente.."

"Spacious rooms that were well designed. I enjoyed using the nice bathrooms. Free parking was a huge plus for young families using car rentals. Next to some good parks."

"Great stay , loved the attention to detail! Thank you and keep up the good work!"

"Dear Hotel Cliff & Spa team, Thank you for a truly wonderful stay. Your hotel is such an authentic and special property, with the unique atmosphere of a historic castle combined with the comfort and elegance of a modern spa. We especially enjoyed the fantastic spa and the wonderful restaurant. Everything—from the beautiful surroundings to the warm hospitality—made our visit very memorable. Thank you for creating such a special experience. We hope to return to Hotel Cliff & Spa again in the...

"There is no front desk. We couldn't figure out how to get in. Finally realized that there was an email from Hessnery not Hotel.com that gave a access code to get in the lobby door, the hallway door and our room. The laundry facilities were great and free. You just needed your own soap. Comfortable bed. Kitchenette was furnished. "
