The Space:

WELCOME TO SPINDRIFT HIDEAWAY - 100 Feet to the beach!



Location: This “Beach Trail Home,” Spindrift Hideaway, is ocean-close, just 100 steps to an

uncrowded section of Seven Mile Beach, with no streets for the kids to cross. Comfortable and

spacious, at 2180 sq. ft., this duplex townhouse lives like a home with its 18” thick custom-designed

quiet wall system, nestled in an area of single-family homes. Enjoy nearby Nehalem State Park’s trails

and bay, golf or take a 20-minute sandy stroll to downtown Manzanita.



Main Floor of Home: The welcoming family room, with its own backyard access, has board games and a

52” TV. For those seeking privacy, it is a separate lounge space. The foldout sofa has an upgraded

mattress; a closet is nearby. Down the hall are the queen and twin bedrooms. The extra-long twin beds

convert to a king with a comfort-enhancing center insert and accompanying linens. The bathroom has

an extra-long, two-sink vanity, topped with quartz, and a separate tub and water closet area. Speed

Queen machines make doing laundry fast and easy.



Upper Great Room and  Primary Bedroom: Upstairs is the vaulted, airy great room. Cozy up to the natural

river rock gas fireplace, check out the changing moods of upper Neahkahnie Mountain or take a peek of

the ocean. As the chefs in your group prepare savory meals in the well-appointed kitchen, start with

appetizers at the curvaceous granite countertop, with seating for 6, and then progress to the dining

room table, with seating for eight. The primary bedroom has a king bed, a walk-in closet, and a 32” TV.

Two skylights in the ensuite illuminate the spa-like oversized shower, with its dual showerheads.



Outdoor Space: The carport offers off-street parking. Listen to the songs of the surf from either the

stone patio, a small deck off the family room, or the upper deck with a belly bar and a BBQ off the great

room. 0n your way to beach, grab some sandy toys from the storage niche.

The Neighborhood:

This town home located in south Manzanita and is about 100 feet to the beach. Couple blocks from the golf course. Take a walk into town, or hop in the car for a couple minute drive to Laneda Ave where all the action is.



Getting Around:

If staying in Manzanita, there is no need for a car but if wanting to travel outside of Manzanita, we do have a public bus called "The Wave" which can take you North or South. There is info on The Wave in our rental or you can find a schedule in our office in Manzanita.



Interaction with Guests:

We will interact as little or as much as the guest likes.

After booking, all our guests will get an after hours phone number to call in case of emergency.
