"Horrible experience, I don't recommend it. Hotel with zero accessibility and does not offer help with luggage. I booked a room with a king bed and we were placed in a room with two single beds. There's no point in complaining that they didn't solve it, they said it was just a matter of putting the beds together. Weak breakfast and restaurant with non-Chinese food. I placed an order at the restaurant and there was no specific accompaniment and they exchanged it for another without consulting me and even charged an extra difference. My wife had a massage at the hotel and I was forced to go to reception to pay, all the services you put on the room bill to pay at checkout and the massage was not. They say there is a beach structure with transport, but when I asked, they told me to walk and it was only 10 minutes away. And when I get there I can't get a table, since they have to be paid for and have to be reserved with plenty of time on the app, being open to the public so they are hardly available. And finally, I booked a transfer to the airport and at the time I didn't have a car and they explained that I was 10 minutes late, even though there was no warning. I had to order a taxi and almost missed my flight. Worst experience."
