"Nice cottage. Super clean, had everything we needed and gorgeous views every direction. Awesome private hot tub- nicest hot tub we ever had. The host, Joe and the housekeeper Amy were both super nice and helpful. Highly recommend and we will be back!! "

"Five stars is not enough. Everything about our stay was better than expected. I even took pictures inside for some ideas on how to setup my house better. "

"The property was great, everything was as posted in listing. Only problem was the road detour basically right at the driveway...1 a cop was always there not letting people in and 2 our GPS has us going in circles for well over an hour. I would at least warn the next guests, very frustrating. The hot tub was amazing! My only suggestion would be to place some hooks out there for towels."

"Very updated and well taken care of property. Lots of kitchen supplies were included as well as linens and bathroom supplies. Check in and check out was easy and the management company emailed and texted with helpful information. The porch and backyard had lots of shade and great views of the woods around us. "

"This is the second time we’ve stayed. Hubby and I stayed here in July for my birthday and we absolutely loved it so much that my girlfriends and I came back a month later. The unit is prettier than photos, everything spotless, beds very comfortable, large area for clothes storage, large bathroom, we had everything we needed. So convenient in town, sit on the porch swing and watch the activity early morning and late night. Owners are very responsive and quick to answer. Right next door to a great...

"Our stay at the Century House in Ashland was amazing. The hosts Bryan and Jennifer provide excellent service and their house is clean, comfortable and inviting.The hosts have thought of everything and more. The town of Ashland is beautiful and we are so thankful that we found this gem. This is the best rental house we have ever stayed in and if we are in the area again we look forward to visiting again. "Love the location right on the river! Ample space for a larger group of friends to spend time together. Easy check in! Great communication from owners about checkin and what is required. 2nd year back and already planning next years trip! Thanks for hosting us!! Also, one of our friends had an emergency while on the river- owners stepped up and helped us in a big way! We genuinely appreciated it! You won’t regret renting this place!"
