"Beautiful location. Drove from Ohio to northern Michigan on a weekend getaway for Labor Day weekend. We drove 10 hours overnight and were looking for a place to stay to explore the nearby dunes and pictured rocks farther north. We did not stay in the lodge too much as we were out and about, but the property had everything you need with cooking utensils and also a fire pit that was nice for a campfire at the top of the hill. The only thing that we experienced that was an issue was the check-in. "

"Stay was great. The door keypad was temperamental. Sometimes you had to put in the code plus the button at top. Next time you did that it wouldn’t unlock. "
