"I did not receive any response from this host despite multiple inquiries over several days despite having received their “passport” through their website and third party ID verification source. Then the host required an additional 375 before they would provide me with checkin information. To top it off, after refusing to cancel my reservation before it started, they cancelled it halfway through from their side and still offered to money back."
