The idyllic "Finca Vista Alegre" is located in a quiet location surrounded by nature in the municipality of Cala Mandia in the east of Mallorca. The 250m² vacation home consists of an open living and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 7 people. Additional amenities of the child-friendly vacation home include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, a TV and a washing machine, while a baby crib and a high chair are available on request. From the living area you can reach a pretty veranda equipped with a dining table, an outdoor barbecue and a lounge corner. A roof terrace with sun loungers is also part of the vacation home. In the charming outdoor area of the finca, a beautiful garden, a large pool with loungers and a ping-pong table await you. From here you have a breathtaking view of the surrounding landscape. The beaches Cala Estany, Cala Mendia and Cala Anguila can be reached in about 6-8 minutes (3-4km) by car. Restaurants are also located only around 3 kilometers from the accommodation. The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute drive (3km) away. The island's capital Palma and the airport can be reached in about 50 minutes (60km) by car.



Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The owner offers a guests a welcome package with a bottle of wine, mineral water, an "ensaimada" and typical island "cocarrois".
