A total of three tastefully furnished bedrooms and two modern bathrooms round off the living comfort on this level. On the upper floor there are two further very nice large bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite. The house has been renovated with great attention to detail, so that the rustic farmhouse character has been retained inside. At the same time, Son Peretó has plenty of modern comforts and is very stylish in a beautifully simple, understated way. Many large windows let in the light, roughly plastered walls, round arches, natural colours, natural stone and lots of wood lend a rural flair. Beaches such as Porto Cristo, Sa Coma or Cala Petita are between 12 and 14 km away and can be easily reached by car.
