Country House 'Son Cladera' with Mountain View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

From the mountain road from Manacor to Son Macia, after about two kilometers, turn left onto a dirt road that leads you to this idyllic property and once here you have a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding landscape.



The house is simply furnished but very functional and well maintained. On the ground floor it has a living space of approx. 130m² and houses a total of three bedrooms (all with air conditioning) and two bathrooms and therefore offers enough space for a total of six guests. An occupancy of up to three guests is also possible, please ask us about the prices.



Two of the bedrooms each have a 180 x 190cm double bed and the third room has two 0.90 x 1.90m single beds. Two of the bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower tray and one of the bathrooms with a spacious shower is in the third bedroom en suite. From here, a hallway leads to the open kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and dining area and the living room with satellite TV is on the right just before you go out onto the covered terrace and the beautifully planted garden.



The terrace has a sofa corner for chilled wine evenings and a dining table and from here you have a fantastic view of the pool and the surrounding landscape. The private 8 m x 5 m swimming pool (depth 0.90 x 1.80 m) with sun loungers and parasols is simply ideal for refreshing yourself after soaking up the sun and there is a fantastic view from all sides.



The village of Son Macià lies in a picturesque valley on the edge of the Serra de Llevant mountain range. From here it is not far to the often very hidden, small bays of the Cales de Mallorca. All around, simply a great holiday home!



The electricity consumption included is for moderate use, beyond this, the additional fee will be charged on departure.
