This beautiful finca is just 1 km from Manacor and offers peace, a swimming pool, ping-pong table, and children's swing. The single-storey house, with around 190 m² of living space, features a tastefully decorated lounge with satellite TV, a spacious fully equipped kitchen with dining table and direct access to the shaded pool terrace. There are four bedrooms (one with a double bed, three with single beds that can be joined) and four bathrooms with showers—three en suite and one outside by the pool. The highlight is the beautiful natural garden with lawn surrounding the pool. The covered terrace in front of the pool is furnished with a dining table and comfortable seating. The 7 x 3 metre saltwater pool (0.90 to 1.70 metres deep) blends harmoniously into the garden. Between the terrace and seating area is a built-in barbecue. For entertainment, there’s a ping-pong table and a swing for children.
