Rent our home away from home and relax in our welcoming condo which we've spruced up for your comfort and enjoyment. Secured WIFI in the unit. This 2 bedroom with den & loft unit has new wood floors and remodeled kitchen!
Maximum Occupancy: This bright, sunny corner unit with loft can accommodate 10 people comfortably and is located in building 10, making it a short walk to Canyon Lodge. No group bookings, just family please.
Bed Arrangement: The master bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen TV, the second bedroom has a queen bed and TV, the den has a bunk bed and TV, and the loft features a queen bed, a twin and another TV. The living room has a pull out sofa bed.
Unit Amenities: Washer and dryer in unit are available for use! Your family will enjoy the spacious living room featuring a 50 inch flat screen TV with DVD and secured wireless internet connection, as well as a stereo and a telephone in the unit! You will find ample granite counter space and a fully equipped and well stocked kitchen for your cooking pleasure. There are 3 full bathrooms (including one in the loft) and a washer/dryer in the unit. Another bonus is your designated parking space with one additional overflow space in our covered garage – no worries about digging your car out of the snow.
Upgrades: Our recent upgrades include: bamboo flooring, new chandelier, kitchen cabinetry and appliances, recently installed water saving fixtures, and a new front entry mudroom; space for easy ski/snowboard storage.
This condo is perfectly located for all of your outdoor enjoyment whether it is skiing/snowboarding in the winter or hiking/biking/fishing in the summer!
Location: In building 10, making it a short walk to Canyon Lodge.
The premises have 6 jacuzzi's and 1 newly remodeled swimming pool open in the summer months with a BBQ area!
Maximum 2 vehicles. One assigned underground parking space (7’ Clearance). Second space is first come first serve.

The place was clean and has so much space to accomodate us. We loved that there are kitchen stuff that we could use. Too bad for us that it rained when we were there but our rental made our stay at mammoth a good one.

Enjoyed out time at this condo this past May. There were 11 of u and the unit was large enough for all of us. The kitchen is well stocked but the bathrooms could use some updating.

I have rented this condo several time over the past years. It is nicely maintained, comfortable, and a walking distance to Canyon Lodge. I will definitely rent this unit again. Mountainback's office is very friendly and timely with my requests.

Mountainback #105 was a wonderful place to stay with our family, We had 10 people but the unit was very spacious and set up just right for our time together. We realized we were short a few towels and low on dish soap and trash bags but the management was quick to accommodate. Checking in and out was quick and easy. There were lots of games and puzzles in the unit, the spa was a short distance away and those of us who wanted to hit the slopes earlier than the rest could easily walk to Canyon Lodge. All in all, it was a great trip and we’re all looking forward to coming back!

Found a partial can of Truly hard seltzer hidden behind the TV in the master bdr, sesame seeds and crumbs on the desk by the bunkbeds, no dish sponge for washing dishes by hand and no dishwasher detergent to use in dishwasher. (Explains why some of the dishes in the cabinets were not very clean. No fire-starter or matches for wood burning stove, so we had to go to the main office to pick them up in the middle of a massive snow storm. Nice location and prefect amount of space for our family trip, but a lot was overlooked in the cleaning and preparation of the space prior to our arrival.
