THE SPACE:
This tastefully decorated condo is located in the Mammoth Ski & Racquet complex at 248 Mammoth Slopes Dr. in Mammoth Lakes. This homey 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo accommodates up to 6 people comfortably. We also have FREE Wifi, FREE cable and FREE coffee and tea. THE ENTIRE COMPLEX IS NON-SMOKING. Pets Welcome!

The complex has two hot tubs, a rec room with a pool table and video games, seasonal outdoor pool, tennis courts, horseshoe pits and a basketball court

GUEST ACCESS:
You will have exclusive access to the entire condo. The Pool, hot tubs, laundry and rec room are shared.

OTHER THINGS:
The condo is on the 3rd floor (first floor are the garages). There are 2 flights of stairs to get to the condo door.

Ski In/Out: The Village Ski Back Trail (viewable on Google maps) will bring you to the back door of the condo when snow coverage permits. If snow coverage is thin, you may have to remove your skis and walk down to the back door of the condo from the trail. Ski-out: When snow coverage is good, you can ski off-piste to the bottom of Chair 7.

**WARNING - The road heading up to the condo is steep. In the winter, snow tires, tire chains or 4 wheel drives are recommended during a storm. During the winter, keep a close eye on the weather and plan accordingly.
