Welcome to this modern holiday house with private pool in Maria de Salud, a 15-20 minutes drive from Playa de Muro beach.

The house is in the quiet village of Maria de la Salud. The town center is in walking distance and there you’ll find a grocery shop, restaurants and bars. In Can Picafort, Sa Pobla or Muro there are more services like gas stations, supermarkets and shops. If the beach is what you’re searching for, we recommend a visit of Can Picafort, Playa de Muro and Puerto de Alcúdia.

This lovely house comes with 3 air conditioned bedrooms, an open kitchen, a private salt water pool and a furnished terrace. The pool has a size of 8 x 3 metres and a depth of 1.6 metres. There are 2 baths with shower and a hair dryer. The 3 bedrooms have closets and access to a balcony or terrace. Besides, euipment includes free Wifi, a TV with satellite channels and a kitchen utensils. The house has been renovated with lots of love. A cot and a high chair are available upon request. The master bedroom on the first floor has an air conditioning unit. The other bedroom upstairs doesn't have air conditioning, but if you leave the door open, the air from the larger bedroom will still cool the room. The bedroom on the ground floor doesn't have air conditioning either, but if you leave the door open, the air from the living room is enough to cool the room.

To consider:

There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. During the high season, it reduces by half from the 9th night. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard before arrival through a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.

Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 16 years. We require these documents by email.

The damage deposit of will be blocked on your credit card through a secure payment link. We’ll return the deposit within 7 days after check-out. The agency will send you the link via email.
The holding of events, pets or parties are not permitted.
