"The house has a lot of potential, and I think the host will make it a great off-the-grid getaway in Piriapolis with a bit more work. Several amenities were different than expected, and we ended up finding other accommodations. To be fair, some of that's on us — we should have confirmed Wi-Fi, bed size, and kitchen details before booking rather than assuming. That said, there was no internet (not listed, but not ruled out either), the bed wasn't king-sized, there was no coffee maker, no hot water...

"The house is ok, the kitchen well stocked for cooking supplies, location is very good. Our review is largely about the unhygienic conditions in the pool, that we experienced for 3 days of 14 days rental. Even after notifying the property manager, nothing was done before we checked out. "

"We stayed at the house on New Year's Eve 2023/2024 and everything was incredible. Pablo is super attentive, made all the accommodations we asked for and was always available to answer our questions. Perfect location, in 10 minutes you reach José Inacio and Mananciales, and in 20 you reach Bar. Clean, beautiful and modern place, just like it is in the photos, and we were welcomed with brand new towels, water in the fridge and personal hygiene items. We will stay again!"

"This property is well situated,historic,accommodating,and has a great vibe and charm. The rooms are small by American standards and have mostly twin beds,but each room has a full bathroom. The kitchen was more than adequate,while the dining room and "entertainment areas (tv,stereo,cd/dvd players)" always welcomed four of five adults very comfortably.
