The layout

One wing contains the living/dining room, a semi-integrated kitchen with a breakfast bar, a home office, and a guest bathroom.

The other wing contains the three bedrooms: the first with a double bed, the second with a bunk bed featuring two single mattresses, and between them a full bathroom featuring two sinks. And finally, the master bedroom with a king-size bed and a full en-suite bathroom.

The house is protected by Prosegur security services. It is equipped with sensors and cameras in every room (the sensors remain active, and the cameras are kept turned off for privacy, though they can be turned on if desired), alarms on all doors and windows, outdoor sensors with cameras, and a perimeter fence with barbed wire.
