The apartment, on the fourteenth floor, has an advanced elevator system to facilitate your access. Upon entering, you are greeted by a welcoming space that connects to a fully equipped American kitchen with modern appliances (induction, refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and more). The living-dining room has a Smart TV and large windows that fill the space with light and offer views of Málaga. The main bedroom with a double bed and integrated wardrobe guarantees rest and comfort, while the bathroom has a modern shower tray.



This 49 m² accommodation can accommodate up to 3 people and is equipped with air conditioning, heat pump heating, wifi, washing machine, iron, garage in the same building and hairdryer. In addition, it is ideal for families, as it has a children's area and gym in the building.



Located in a central area with easy access to public transport (300 m from bus stops), supermarkets such as Mercadona and La Rosaleda Shopping Centre, and close to numerous points of interest such as the Alcazaba, Cathedral, Muelle Uno, museums and beaches (just 4 km from La Malagueta Beach).
