"We checked in at 4pm, when it says on their website that check in time starts. Upon arrival, we were told that our room wasn't ready yet and that they didn't know when it would be ready. We arrived at 4pm so that we could sit in the hot tub before the concert at Treasure Island started at 6pm. We missed out on the hot tub and had to get ready in the main hallway bathroom since our room still wasn't ready. It was dissapointing. "Booked this hotel for a quick stay for my family while traveling. The pool was ice cold (my kids were so excited to swim but only could last 10 minutes because they were shivering so badly.) and the hot tub was broken. "

"The front desk clerk at check in was so nice, the room was the perfect temp, bed soft and pillows just right. Amazing water pressure so you can take a good shower and it doesn't take 5 hours to rinse your hair"
