"My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. This is such a cute and cozy place! Just like the pictures. In a beautiful neighborhood that is close to everything. We always felt safe, even walking around at night. So many restaurants within walking distance and very easy access to NYC. AJ was definitely awesome to work with. We would highly recommend this place. We will absolutely book again when we go back this year!"

"The property owner was excellent in providing all information for property access in a timely fashion! She was wonderful!! The property was EXTREMELY clean, and well maintained! We were provided with ample information about the area, as well as laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Not that she expected us to clean, but there were cleaning supplies on hand for any unforeseen messes made by us. I highly recommend this property for anyone interested in visiting the area!"

"We’ve stayed at a few condos in the past but Kirk and Melissa’s is my fav! Everything is decorated so beautiful and it was so clean! Having a fridge is always a huge plus! The view from the balcony is lovely! Parking is convenient and it was so quiet! We look forward to staying again! "

"It was nice, but this unit had a lot of bugs (lady bugs, flies and bees), maybe due to the closeness of the woods. It was neat but not the cleanest at least not to my standards that is."

"We had to travel to this area for my daughter’s dance competition and this was the perfect fit for what we needed. It’s located directly next to The Minerals Hotel (a part of Crystal Springs). The place was very clean and had nice updates for an older townhome. You cannot use any part of the mountain creek resort or the minerals resort though, that’s the only downside."

"This is an AWESOME apartment. I have my own VRBO rental. There is NO DETAIL OVERLOOKED by this host. Walking distance to amazing Hoboken, NJ, and THE PATH. FREE PARKING a block away. I told the friend I was traveling with “I gave up a view for free parking.” The host made us SO HAPPY we did, INSANELY responsive. Detailed instructions for check in and the garage. "Foi excelente!! A localização é perfeita, perto de todos os metrôs necessários para ir uptown ou downtown. E mesmo sendo colado na times square, o quarto era muito silencioso. Além disso, vale muito a pena a estadia nesse hotel pois ele tem cozinha, então todos os dias acabei cozinhando no café da manhã ou na janta. Isso ajudou a economizar e também dar uma descansada das comidas de rua. "

"Hotel modesto, mas que cumpre ao preço pago a que se propõe. Instalações limpas e banheiro comum reformado. Não tenho o que reclamar da limpeza. Funcionários do lobby não são rudes, como tinha visto em algumas reclamações sobre o hotel. Lógico que, com a grande circulação de hóspedes, eles são pontuais nas informações. Apenas dois funcionários foram bem ruins - mas infelizmente não lembro o nome (um senhor é uma mulher). Hotel de ótima localização. Me hospedaria lá novamente"

"O apart foi excelente para nossa necessidade. Os quartos, amplos para tamanho de NY, cozinha super equipada e nova, banheiro com chuveiro forte e bom. Apartamento com muitas janelas, bem claro. De maneira geral foi tudo excelente e super recomendo, a única observação é quanto ao tapete que tinha algumas manchas e davam o aspecto de velho. "
