▲ RENOVATION NOTICE

We are currently carrying out renovation and improvement works on the building.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.





Exterior apartment, practical and functional, measuring 38 m2, ideal for up to 5 people and fully equipped for a comfortable and pleasant stay.



It is located on the first floor and the building has a lift.



The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, each with a 1.35 cm double bed, dressed with bed linen, split air conditioning with hot/cold settings and space to store your belongings.



The living room has a comfortable double sofa bed, television, air conditioning and dining table.



You have a modern bathroom with shower, shower gel and hairdryer. We have installed an electric hand dryer for greater comfort and hygiene instead of hand towels.

We provide one bath towel per guest, which you will find on the beds.



Hot water is supplied by an electric water heater with sufficient capacity and power to meet your needs; please use it responsibly to ensure it functions properly.



The open-plan kitchen is equipped with the main appliances, crockery for 5 people and the usual utensils. For use of the washing machine, you have a portable clothes drying rack and an iron.



The accommodation has everything you need so that you don't have to worry about anything, all the comfort of feeling at home!

Request a cot or high chair for your baby when making your reservation if you need one.
