The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds. In addition, there is a living room equipped with two single beds, so it can be used as a third bedroom if necessary.

The accommodation also includes a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to prepare your own meals during your stay. There are also two full bathrooms with all the necessary amenities.

The accommodation can accommodate up to 6 people.

Guests have access to the entire property.

The services included are bed linens, towels, hand soap, shower gel, and shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels, coffee, a disinfected cleaning kit, and all necessary kitchenware and utensils.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle.

The apartment is in a prime location, so you’ll be able to walk to Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, Gran Vía, and all the city’s iconic landmarks.

These places are within a 5- to 8-minute walk.

If you want to visit places outside the city center, we recommend taking the subway.

The apartment has excellent public transportation connections. If you arrived by train or plane, there are direct buses to the apartment.

Important: Due to its prime location in the center of Madrid, there may be noise from outside during periods of heavy traffic or on certain days.

Extra guest after check-in: 60€/day.

The house must be left clean; otherwise, an additional cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed for a fee of 50€ per stay, provided they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds or sofa out of respect for future guests. Additional pet after check-in: 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. This will result in a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of neighboring residents must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is mandatory to complete the guest registration form as required by Spanish accommodation authorities, providing your DNI or passport information via the link we will send you.

Damage to the following items will incur the following charges:
10 € for small towels
20 € for large towels
10 € for sheets
30 € for a duvet cover

In the event of damage to or breakage of the lock on the entrance door to the accommodation, result in a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or failure to return any key or remote control for the accommodation or garage will incur a charge of 60 euros.

Any damage occurring during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always enter the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can resolve.

We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the accommodations.
