HOW TO GET THERE
From Madrid-Barajas Airport:

By Taxi: A flat rate of €33 offers a direct and comfortable ride.

By Metro: Take Line 8 from the airport to Nuevos Ministerios, transfer to Line 10 to Tribunal, and from there, it’s just a short walk to the studio.

From Atocha Train Station:

By Metro: Take Line 1 from Atochato Tribunal. The studio is a few minutes' walk from the station.

From Chamartín Train Station:

By Metro: Take Line 10 to Tribunal. From there, it's just a short walk to the studio.

By Car: If you’re driving, you can park in one of the nearby parking lots such as those on Calle Hilarión Eslava 28 or Calle Meléndez Valdés 28. We recommend checking the Madrid City Council website for information on environmental restrictions and parking zones.

IMPORTANT NOTES:



-Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.

-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.

-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.

-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.

-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.



-Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.
