The hotel is located around 25 mins walk and 4 mins drive from the Masjid Al-Nabwi. It is a small hotel but was clean and staffs were always present to meet the needs. The shuttle service was good but we used taxi most of the time who charged 10 riyal to masjid Al-Nabwi. The chef was friendly and still served us with breakfast when we got 10 mins late after the breakfast end time at 10am. Two bengali staffs were amazing and helpful and always willing to serve. We really enjoyed complimentary fresh arabic coffee and dates at the front desk.
Upon arrival for a check in we were told that we didn't have the booking until the following day. We booked the hotel from 30th and sent a message that we will check in at 3am on the 31st. They aplogised for an error and told us that they didn't have the twin room we booked and offered us a upgraded room with a double bed. We were not happy to share the bed but was told that that was the only room they had available for the day and will move us in a twin room in the afternoon. We had a long flight and were exhausted and had no choice but to accept the double room. We complaint abou yheir error and was given a phone number to send our complaint by WhatsApp. I found the hotel ittle pricey for it's location.There are many shops and restuarante and caffes nearby. The hotel is situated by a busy road and there was a lot of traffic noise. I wouldn't mind staying at this hotel again but would not pay 500 riyal for a night.
