"I recently stayed with my wife and kids for a basketball event in Melton, and wanted somewhere ut was quiet but close by. 20 minutes from the stadium was the perfect distance to commute, and for my boys to get some good rest. "Room very clean, great breakfast variety. No TV in main room. Shower water cool and once warm went cold very quickly. Lovely warm room and cosy bed."

"Dirty, unkempt, uninviting entrance to this place. Potholes in the driveway, reception poorly signed and difficult to find. Surly attitude from the person who handed over room keys. Door to room rotting at the base, providing no security. Room itself nice enough, with decent facilities. I wouldn't return, though - too depressing overall. "
