"We arrived very early and check in is at 3. They told us they could accommodate us at 2pm. We had no car and were sitting outside waiting for our other guests to arrive, but the management saw us sitting outside and thought we were waiting in the heat for 2pm check-in. They actually rushed to get our room ready and came out and told us 20 minutes. What incredible service. Through our 2 night stay, the staff was so courteous and friendly and the room was so clean. Can’t say enough about their care and understanding. And the breakfast was delightful and they also took care of our gluten sensitivities..wonderful experience"
